Rogaliki z powidłami
SKŁADNIKI:
• 600 g mąki
• 250 g margaryny
• 2 jajka
• 50 g drożdży
• łyżeczka proszku do pieczenia
• 1/4 szkl.mleka
• 2,5 łyżki śmietany
• 2,5 łyżki cukru
• 1/3 łyżeczki soli
• słoik powideł
• cukier puder do posypania
PRZYGOTOWANIE:
Drożdże rozpuścić w letnim mleku z cukrem i dwoma łyżkami mąki, odstawić w ciepłe miejsce do wyrośnięcia na ok. 15 minut. Do miski wsypać mąkę, dodać margarynę, nasz rozczyn i resztę składników, wszystko dokładnie wyrobić, ciasto ma być pulchne, w razie potrzeby podsypać mąką, przykryć ściereczką i odstawić do wyrośnięcia na ok. 1 godzinę, ma podwoić swoją objętość. Następnie ciasto przełożyć na stolnicę lub posypany mąką blat, podzielić nożem na 3-4 części, każdą rozwałkować na kształt koła, następnie koło dzielimy na 8 trójkątów, każdy smarujemy powidłami i zwijamy rogaliki, gotowe układamy na blaszce wyłożonej papierem do pieczenia (dodatkowo można posmarować wierzch jajkiem rozmąconym z łyżką mleka), wstawiamy do rozgrzanego piekarnika do 160-170 stopni, na 25 minut, aż ładnie się zarumienią, gotowe posypujemy cukrem pudrem.
